Genesislab has signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Association of AI Ethics (IAAE) and THE AI, an AI-focused media outlet, to collaborate on joint initiatives regarding artificial intelligence and AI ethics. The partnership aims to proactively address ethical issues that emerge during AI technology development and to jointly research solutions.

The three organizations have identified two core pillars for this collaboration: establishing an AI development environment grounded in ethics and strengthening the global competitiveness of domestic AI companies. Genesislab plans to contribute to the establishment of AI ethics guidelines and standards by sharing its interactive AI development processes and service implementation experience.

IAAE is a newly established nonprofit organization that evolved from the Korean Association for AI Ethics, founded in 2019, while THE AI is a specialized media outlet established by Digital Chosun Ilbo.
