AI Interviews and Mental Health Check-ins, Free for Early-Stage Founders
Genesislab partners with Korea Social Investment to offer ViewinterHR and Dr.Listen to startup founders at no cost. The program targets one often-overlooked performance factor: a founder's mental health.
Genesislab has signed a partnership agreement with Korea Social Investment, an ESG and impact investment firm, to provide two of its products to startup founders at no cost: ViewinterHR, an AI video-interview solution, and Dr.Listen, a mental health self-assessment app. The partners cited founders’ mental health as one of the factors that can make or break an early-stage company.
Dr.Listen, developed in collaboration with Seoul National University Hospital, lets users check themselves against 15 categories of common mental health conditions including mood, anxiety, sleep, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. ViewinterHR is used at the hiring stage to analyze both verbal and non-verbal signals from candidates through video.
