Genesislab Wins AI Reliability and Quality Grand Prize from Ministry of Science and ICT

Genesislab received the Grand Prize from the Ministry of Science and ICT at the inaugural AI Reliability and Quality Awards held on November 23, 2023. The recognition focused on how ViewinterHR, the company's AI video interview solution, has advanced fairness and efficiency in hiring.
The company was recognized for becoming the first in the industry to pass all 41 AI reliability evaluation requirements established by the Korean Information and Communications Technology Association (TTA) earlier this year. Additionally, Genesislab co-developed a 26-item AI recruitment solution ethics checklist with the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI), which was also cited as a reason for the award.
Genesislab stated that when providing AI recruitment solutions, the company has emphasized trustworthiness and ethics compliance mechanisms alongside technical capability development.
