Genesislab has partnered with the Noise and Vibration Damage Prevention Civic Group (SNS) to distribute a three-month unlimited-access version of DrListen, its mental health self-assessment app, to noise disturbance victim communities. The access is available through November 30.
DrListen is an AI-powered self-assessment app developed in partnership with Seoul National University Hospital. Users can receive mental health feedback by writing brief notes and responding to simple questions. The July update enhanced depression and bipolar disorder assessment algorithms and added evaluations for anxiety disorders and trauma and stress-related disorders, a mental health facility map, and a help call function.
A Genesislab representative stated: “Rather than expecting broad adoption, we decided to support this distribution hoping it might help even a single person experiencing noise disturbance.” The company plans to further refine DrListen’s self-assessment functionality in the second half of the year and introduce new assessments for obsessive-compulsive disorder and sleep-wake disorder.
