The product recognized by this award is ViewinterHR, the AI-powered video interview assessment software. Trained on approximately 4 million interview records and labeled by subject matter experts including industrial psychology professors, the system incorporates the reasoning and patterns that practicing interviewers use in their hiring decisions. It also provides features for detecting fraudulent behavior, facial authentication, and mask detection.
Since AI plays a decisive role in hiring outcomes, the company’s consistent advancement of the underlying technology was cited as the primary reason for the award.
