The Year HR Tech Starts Bridging Candidates and Recruiters
ZDNet Korea maps an HR market getting redrawn by AI — Genesislab's ViewinterHR, Wanted Lab's interview coaching, and Riiid's Santa Say each targeting different corners of the same problem.
In May, ZDNet Korea read the country’s HR market as a board getting redrawn by AI. Candidates now use AI to prep interviews and practice English while recruiters pull talent recommendations through AI systems. Genesislab’s ViewinterHR sits among the services the article features.
ViewinterHR evaluates candidates on soft skills through video interviews and recently added hard-skill assessment, extending its reach to subject-matter knowledge and technical proficiency. One interview session now covers both personality signals and job-fit depth.
The other services in the piece target different corners of the same market. Wanted Lab’s AI interview coaching builds expected questions from a job posting and returns feedback on candidate answers. Riiid’s Santa Say focuses on TOEIC Speaking prep, auto-grading pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and vocabulary.
The shared thread is that these tools cut time for candidates and cost for employers at the same time. Genesislab is pushing past the edge of pure recruitment tooling toward a platform that candidates and recruiters both use.
