Genesislab has launched Viewinter Saenggibu, an AI coaching product for Korean high-school students preparing for admissions interviews under the Student Record-Based Admissions track (학생부종합전형).
The product reads each applicant’s “Saenggibu” — the consolidated school record used as the centerpiece of this admissions track — and uses AI to generate personalized interview questions from it. From there, the flow runs end to end: answer guidance for each question, practice in an interview-style environment, and AI feedback on the response. The underlying engine is the same stack powering ViewinterHR, which is already used as a hiring tool by more than 150 companies including LG Electronics and Hyundai Department Store Group. Viewinter Saenggibu ports that engine into education.
Yook Geun-sik, Head of HR Business at Genesislab, framed the design: “Because the AI reads each student’s Saenggibu directly and tailors questions to it, applicants can prepare for interviews grounded in their own actual experiences rather than generic question banks.”
