Genesislab has released version 2.0 of ViewInterHR, its AI video interview solution, introducing two major features: an AI human interviewer and an AI proctor.

The AI human interviewer manages testing environment checks and provides preliminary instructions. It responds dynamically to candidate answers by adjusting facial expressions and movements, and generates follow-up questions in real time. Companies can optionally create a custom AI human interviewer based on a CEO, HR manager, or other designated person using minimal video footage.

The AI proctor detects and blocks misconduct, including cheating, proxy test-taking, intentional reconnections, and unauthorized face mask use.

Companies like LG U+, LG Electronics, and Hyundai Motor, along with several public sector organizations, are currently using ViewInterHR for recruitment. The AI human interviewer feature will roll out in stages beginning in August.
