ViewinterHR Adds Hard-Skill Assessment, a First in Korea
Genesislab adds a Hard Skill assessment to ViewinterHR — the first in Korea — extending its AI video-interview product from soft skills into subject-matter knowledge. LG Electronics is the first adopter.
Genesislab has added a Hard Skill assessment to its AI video-interview solution ViewinterHR, a first among Korean products in the category. Until now the product leaned on soft-skill evaluation and behavioral event interviews. With this update, AI can also verify subject-matter knowledge and technical proficiency.
The hard-skill module uses structured questions tailored to job families — electrical and electronics, machinery and robotics, IT, sales, finance, HR. An electronics candidate might be asked about Kirchhoff’s laws, for example. The flow runs from job-description analysis to AI-generated questions and grading rubrics, then candidate video answers, then AI scoring. LG Electronics is the first customer to adopt the new feature.
