Genesislab was featured in Asia Economy’s 56-part AI series, with detailed coverage of ViewInterHR’s fairness framework, the company’s research direction, and key service offerings.
CEO Lee Young-bok explains that Genesislab pursues domain-specialized AI. The company’s internal AI research lab focuses on core video and voice analysis and generation technologies, holding approximately 60 patents domestically and internationally.
ViewInterHR, the flagship service, delivers interview analysis using algorithms trained on professional interviewer decision-making. The platform employs two complementary engines to ensure fairness: a soft-skills engine evaluating non-verbal behaviors like likability and trustworthiness, and a behavioral event interview (BEI) competency engine analyzing responses across 30+ job-specific behavioral indicators. Both the Ministry of Science and ICT and the TTA’s AI reliability assessments confirmed the system’s suitability.
Version 2.0’s AI human interviewer adjusts facial expressions and movements in response to candidate answers and generates follow-up questions. Lee noted that companies can create customized AI humans based on HR managers or other designated individuals to increase realism. Over 100 organizations and companies, including LG U+, Hyundai Motor, and South Korea’s Army, Navy, and Air Force, currently use ViewInterHR.
The feature also covered DrListen, a mental health self-assessment app, and Juice, an AI video content platform.
