ViewinterHR Passes TTA AI Reliability Certification

Genesislab’s AI video interview service ViewinterHR has completed AI reliability verification from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA), Korea’s standards organization for information and communications technology. This is the first case of an AI solution in the domestic HR sector to pass TTA reliability verification.
ViewinterHR is an AI video interview solution launched in 2018 that evaluates candidate competencies by examining voice recognition and natural language processing alongside non-verbal signals such as facial expressions, body language, and eye contact. The solution is already in use at organizations including Hyundai Motor Company, LG U+, Hyundai Department Store, and all branches of Korea’s military (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps). TTA’s reliability verification represents a third-party assessment that includes evaluation of algorithm bias, fairness, and transparency. This certification marks the establishment of reliability standards for AI solutions in Korea’s HR sector.
